Assemble the frame
|
Before you start the assembly of your new greenhouse it is very important that you read the assembly instructions carefully. It is possible to assemble a greenhouse on your own, but it is a good idea if you have at least 2 people especially when you have to put the sides and gables together. Allow one day to assenble the frame. The following diagrams show how to assemble a Juliana Premium. However all of our greenhouses are assembled in a similar way. |

The frame is packed in a box (some models in several boxes). Before you unpack them please check that you have the right parts. |
Start by assembling the gables. Lay the parts on the ground before you put them together to get an overview. Put the parts together following the order shown in the assembly instructions. |
|
Put the gables to a side once they are assembled. |
Assemble the sides the same way as the gables. |
|
Assemble the sides and gables on a level foundation. When they are assembled lift them up onto the base. If you do not have enough space to assemble the greenhouse, you can assemble directly onto the base. It is a good idea to loosen the bolts in the gable when you fix it to the sides. In this way the corners will be correctly assembled. |
If you have a Juliana steel base, you must fasten the greenhouse to the base using j-plates. The small bow are pushed under the base and fastened to the greenhouse bolt through the long hole. If you have a concrete or wooden base, the greenhouse must be fasten to it with a screw for every section in the greenhouse. |
|
Now assemble the ridge. Loosen the bolts in the top of the gable, to make assembly easier. |
The roof profiles are assembled. Remember to add extra bolts, where you want to mount the windows. |
|
Now its time to assemble the windows. With the Premium model you assemble the window frames around the polycarbonate. With other models you assemble the window frames, and mount them in the greenhouse before you install the polycarbonate using silicone. |
The hinges of the windows are pushed into the ridge from the end and pushed into position. It will move more easily if you oil it. |
|
Now it is time to put the door together. The profiles are laid out to get a nice overview, before you assemble it. The Premium door is assembled around the polycarbonate. With other greenhouses the door is assembled first and then the polycarbonate is installed using silicone. |
Before you assemble the door, window and polycarbonate it is very important that you ensure your greenhouse is level. Further it is important to measure from one corner to the opposite corner to ensure that the greenhouse is in 90 degrees angle. |

Mounting the greenhouse door. Now install the polycarbonate. |
